How Do I Know If I Am Nominated?
We will get in touch with the nominees by email or phone call based on the information provided in the application form.
Why Should I Write a Review?
Writing a review will help others to know the benefits and drawbacks from a previous buyer. Furthermore, customers might receive
some incentives for contributing with their honest opinions.
When Can I Write a Review?
After you order has arrived, the status will change to Order Completed. Customers can write reviews for every item in any given
order that has been received.
How Do I Write a Review?
You can leave a review by going to “My Reviews” in “My Account” menu. You can find all the previous reviews given or if you wish,
write a new one.
Only the items that you purchased previously are eligible for reviewing. Select the order and choose the item you want to review.
You will be able to select the star rating from 1 to 5, and write the title and the review itself, when finished click Submit.
Can I Review a Product Several Times?
You can write only one review of each item you purchased. However, if you have purchased the same item several times, you will
be able to write one review for each time you purchased the product.
Can I Review a Product That Is Not Listed Yet?
You may wish to review a product that isn’t listed yet and you purchased recently. Unfortunately, you will not be able to write a
review until the item is listed in the website.
What Content Is Not Allowed in a Review?
Content and activities consisting of advertising, promotion, or solicitation (whether direct or indirect) is not allowed.
Don't post content in a way that infringes the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others. Only post your own content
or content that you have permission to use.
Don't post content that encourages or supports behavior that is illegal, including violence, fraud, illegal drug use, underage
drinking, or child or animal abuse.
What Does “Your review is awaiting apporoval” Mean?
We take the integrity of our reviews very seriously.
The reviews are intended to provide helpful, relevant content to other customers. Content you submit should be relevant and
based on your own honest opinions and experience. Please only submit content related to that product.
Customer Reviews should be about the product. Feedback about Iceagle, your shipment experience, or packaging can be shared
at support@iceagle.net. Comments about pricing, product availability or alternate ordering options are also not about the product
and should not be shared in Customer Reviews.
In order to comply with those requirements, we will verify the review content before it is approved.
If your review is removed or rejected because it does not comply with our guidelines, you may not resubmit a review on
the same product, even if the resubmitted review includes different content.
How Do I Edit or Delete My Review?
We understand that providing reviews require some time and effort. However, it is the most efficient way to bring other customers
a more relevant user-experience. To encourage buyers to contribute with their own opinions, we might offer some kind of incentives.
Therefore, to edit or delete a review already submitted, we have to make sure that customers are using those incentives in an
honest manner. Please contact us at support@iceagle.net mentioning the new content you want to include, or the reason why you
prefer to remove the review.
How Can I Fill the Quick Order Form?
There are 3 different ways to fill the Quick Order form:
    ·  Download the CSV file and fill the SKU and quantity of each item.
    ·  Upload your own CSV file with the SKU and quantity of each item.
    ·  Input manually the SKU and quantity of each item in the form provided.
How Do I Fill the Manual Entry Form?
  ·  Fill every row with the SKU and quantity of each of the items you want to purchase. You can add as many rows as you need, to
       do so, simply press the “Add New Rows” button.
  ·  When finish, click “Add to Cart”.
  ·  Once all the items have been added, go to the cart icon and select “Checkout” to proceed to the Checkout Method.
How Do I Use CSV File Download?
  ·  First download our CSV upload template.
  ·  Enter the SKU and quantity of each item and save the file.
  ·  Then browse to and select the saved file. Click "Add to Cart”.
  ·  Go to the cart icon and select “Checkout” to proceed to the Checkout Method.

How Do I Find the SKU Number of An Item?
The SKU number is a unique number used to identify the product in the catalog. Same product will have different SKUs based on
different characteristics, such as color, size, model, brand, etc. It can be found below the product name, after selecting each
characteristic of the item.
I Clicked On 'Add to Cart' And Nothing Happened?
Please read and correct the errors displayed in the form. Once the errors are resolved, products can be added to shopping cart.
What are Iceagle Refurbished LCDs?
Iceagle Refurbished LCDs are pre-owned LCDs that undergo Iceagle's stringent refurbishment process prior to being offered back to
our customers for  a later sale.
While only some units are returned due to technical issues, every unit is evaluated to ensure it meets Iceagle's quality standards.
Which LCDs Can Be Refurbished?
  ·  Broken outer glass, we will replace the shattered glass that covers the LCD for a brand new one
  ·  Backlighting issues, we will install new LED backlights behind the display panel
  ·  Touch problems if the connector cable of the LCD touch panel is defective, we will replace the flex cable

Which LCDs Can Not Be Refurbished?
  ·  Touch problems NOT related to defective connector cables of the LCD touch panel
  ·  Issues associated to inaccurate reproduction such as dead pixels, lines on screens, color banding, clouding, discoloration, white
       or black displays, etc.
  ·  When the LCD is not powering on
What Does the Refurbishment Process Consist Of?
  ·  Every LCD undergoes full functionality testing and any defective modules identified in testing are replaced
  ·  All LCDs are put through a cleaning process and inspection
  ·  Each LCD is repackaged
  ·  As a last step, LCDs are placed into a final QA inspection prior to being added to sellable refurbished stock and ship back to our

Refurbishment procedures follow the same basic technical guidelines as Iceagle's finished goods testing procedures.
What Should I Expect When I Purchase an Iceagle Refurbished LCD?

Does the Iceagle Certified Refurbished LCDs Offer Any Kind of Warranty
All Iceagle products are covered by our 6 months limited warranty. Refurbished LCDs are not an exception, warranty is provided from
date of return shipment to our customers.
If I Shipped LCDs That Can't Be Refurbished, Can I Get Them Back
Definitely, we will ship back all LCDs that cannot be refurbished to our customers. Shipping and insurance costs associated with LCDs
returns are firmly the responsibility of the customer.
Do You Sell Refurbished Devices?

What Candidates Can Apply For This Program?
We select candidates from all over the world and from a wide diversity of fields. To be eligible to apply, you must be a recent
graduate, a masters candidate or a young professional.
    ·  Recent Graduates : Graduating seniors and recent bachelors-degree recipients have some undergraduate preparation and/or direct
       work or internship experience related to the project.
    ·  Master's Candidates : Graduate-level candidates must demonstrate the capacity for independent study or research, together
       with a general knowledge of the history, culture, and current events of the country to which they are applying.

    ·  Young Professionals : Competitive candidates who have up to 5 years of professional study and/or experience in the field in
       which they are applying will be considered.
What Is the Length of The Program?
As an intern, you are required to dedicate 11 or 12 consecutive weeks to the program.

How do I Apply?
First, submit your CV along with your personal application letter. Tell us why you believe you can be a truly game changer, what
makes you excited about coming to China or maybe, what you can make out of this opportunity.
After you have been nominated, you will need to complete the general application process.
When Will the Nominees Be Notified?
We will get in touch with the nominees in September each year. The final application will become available in October-November
to select participants for the following year.
What Are the Documents Needed from The Nominees?
Currently, nominees are required to submit the following documents, along with their completed application form.
   1. Personal statement (500 words)
   2. Statement of past experiences (500 words)
   3. Statement on past travel experiences (500 words)
   4. Transcript(s)
   5. Current CV
   6. Two letters of recommendation signed and typed on a letterhead.
Your letters of recommendation must be signed and on letterhead from the references institution. They should be submitted
either by you via the online application form, or by the reference via email to internship.program@iceagle.net.
We reserve the right to verify recommendations via phone or email. If you have a hard copy of your letter, you may scan and upload
it and email it to us.
