Only parts in new, unused condition may be returned to Iceagle, unless parts are defective, where a 6 months’ warranty policy will apply. Make sure to inspect your parts carefully upon receipt.
You must contact Iceagle by completing the Contact Us form or via email, to obtain a return authorization (RMA). RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A RMA number does not imply that credit or an exchange will be given. It is only an authorization to return a part to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. Iceagle is not responsible for parts returned without an authorization number/form. Any part returned to Iceagle without the proper authorization and paperwork included will be returned to the sender at his or her own cost. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Customers will return products to our HK warehouse in China. Iceagle does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our warehouse. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Iceagle does not take title to the refunded item.
Shipping and insurance costs associated with returns are firmly the responsibility of the sender. As the return shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the return package arrives to us safely, and without damage.
Iceagle does, however, cover the shipping costs associated with a return for a replacement. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance, while Iceagle will handle the costs associated with shipping the replacement part(s).
All our parts are guaranteed for 6 months since the order was received. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, an exchange or new components to replace the defective unit can be offered.
Original shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable.
Absolutely no refunds will be accepted after 30 days of the original receipt date. Parts returned to Iceagle for a refund will not be subject to restocking fee, however they all must be in unused condition.
If a refund is approved, allow up to 30 days for the reimbursement after parts have been received back to us.
Original shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable.
